FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE DRAW
‘Future of Work in Insight and Data, Wave #2’

Article 1: Organisation of the Prize Draw

The company zoulloo, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 911 838 670, with its registered office at 30 rue Montrosier, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”), is organising a prize draw as part of the “Future of Work in Insight and Data Study, Edition #2” (hereinafter referred to as “the Prize Draw”).

Article 2: Purpose of the Prize Draw

The Prize Draw is free to enter and with no purchase necessary. It involves completing the survey questionnaire as part of the “Future of Work in Insight and Data Study, Edition #2”.
As part of the Prize Draw, a random draw will select five (5) winners (hereinafter referred to as “the Winner” or “the Winners”) from among those who completed the survey questionnaire (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant” or “the Participants”).
Each Winner will receive one of the five (5) prizes offered (hereinafter referred to as “the Prize” or “the Prizes”).
Participation in the Prize Draw implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Participants of these terms and conditions in their entirety (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms and Conditions”).

Article 3: Prize Draw Dates

The Prize Draw is held online via the following URL: https://zoulloo.questionpro.eu/fowid2, from Wednesday 16 July 2025 to Monday 15 September 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).

Article 4: Conditions of Participation

The Prize Draw is open to all individuals of legal age who have been contacted directly or indirectly by the Organiser and who wish to take part in the survey questionnaire.
Participation must include the following information: the Participant’s email address.
The checkbox stating “I fully accept the terms and conditions of the prize draw” must be ticked.

Article 5: Terms of Participation

Participation requires the full completion of the survey questionnaire provided as part of the “Future of Work in Insight and Data Study, Edition #2”.

Article 6: Validity of Participation

Each individual is allowed only one single entry throughout the entire duration of the Prize Draw.
Any entry will be deemed invalid if the contact details (email provided by the Participant) are incorrect, if the terms of participation are not accepted, if there are multiple entries from the same person (rendering the participation void), or if the survey questionnaire is not fully completed.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the draw any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, particularly if it is incomplete or not functional.

Article 7: Selection of Winners

Five (5) Winners will be selected by a random draw on Thursday, 9 October 2025.

The Organiser will carry out a manual or computer-assisted random draw to select the five (5) Winners from among all eligible Participants who completed the survey questionnaire before the deadline.
Only one Prize will be awarded per Winner.

Any entry containing a false, incorrect and/or incomplete declaration, and/or not complying with the Terms and Conditions (such as multiple entries), that is drawn at random will be considered void. In such cases, another Participant will be selected through a new random draw.

Article 8: Prizes and Awards

The Prize Draw offers five (5) identical prizes, each consisting of the following:

  1. 1. One (1) pair of Meta | Ray-Ban AI glasses – Model: Wayfarer – Frame colour: Shiny Black – Lens colour: Transparent – Value: €329.00. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent model and colours will be provided according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
    2. One (1) pair of Meta | Ray-Ban AI glasses – Model: Wayfarer – Frame colour: Shiny Black – Lens colour: Transparent – Value: €329.00. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent model and colours will be provided according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
    3. One (1) pair of Meta | Ray-Ban AI glasses – Model: Wayfarer – Frame colour: Shiny Black – Lens colour: Transparent – Value: €329.00. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent model and colours will be provided according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
    4. One (1) pair of Meta | Ray-Ban AI glasses – Model: Wayfarer – Frame colour: Shiny Black – Lens colour: Transparent – Value: €329.00. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent model and colours will be provided according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
    5. One (1) pair of Meta | Ray-Ban AI glasses – Model: Wayfarer – Frame colour: Shiny Black – Lens colour: Transparent – Value: €329.00. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent model and colours will be provided according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Article 9: Identification of Winners and Disqualification of Entries

Participants authorise any and all checks regarding, in particular, the fairness and authenticity of their participation.
Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of the method used, will result in the immediate and outright disqualification of the Participant’s entry.

Article 10: Notification of Winners

The Winners drawn at random will be contacted by the Organiser of the Prize Draw exclusively by email, confirming their Prize and the procedures to claim it.
No communication will be sent to Participants who have not won.

Article 11: Delivery of Prizes and Terms

Winners must respond within fifteen (15) days following the sending of the email and provide their full contact details: first name, surname, full postal address, and telephone number.
Any Winner who does not respond within fifteen (15) days from the date the email was sent and/or who has not provided all the required contact details shall be deemed to have waived their right to the Prize.
The Winner will forfeit their Prize and shall not be entitled to any form of compensation, indemnity, or replacement whatsoever.

The Organiser will send the Prize to the Winner by post no later than three months following the notification referred to in Article 10.

Winners must comply with the Terms and Conditions. Should it transpire that they do not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions, their Prize will not be awarded.

Any false statement or provision of an incorrect identity or postal address will result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant. Their Prize will not be awarded.

Article 12: Free Participation

Participation in the survey and the submission of the questionnaire are carried out on a free or flat-rate basis (such as, but not limited to, cable, ADSL, fibre, or any other type of connection) and shall not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the internet service provider is contracted on behalf of the internet user and for their general use of the Internet.

Article 13: Personal Data

Personal data collected as part of participation in the Prize Draw are retained and used by the Organiser for the purpose of processing participation and awarding Prizes. They will be deleted or anonymised at the end of the operation, unless explicit consent has been given to remain in contact.

In accordance with the French “Data Protection Act” of 6 January 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Participants have, at any time, the right to withdraw their consent as well as the right of access, rectification, and deletion of their personal data.

Article 14: Liability of the Organiser

Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organiser’s sole obligation with respect to the Prize Draw is to include all valid entries in the random draw, provided that their participation complies with the Terms and Conditions, and to deliver the Prizes to the Winners in accordance with the criteria and procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses of emails or postal mail that are not attributable to them, nor in the event of theft or damage to the Prize during its delivery. The Organiser shall also not be held liable for any errors relating to the first name, surname, address and/or contact details provided by the Winners of the Prize Draw.

Furthermore, the Organiser declines all liability in the event of any incident and/or accident and/or damage or harm, whether direct or indirect, that may occur during the use or enjoyment of the Prize and/or as a result of its use. The Organiser shall not be held liable for the use or trade of the Prizes by the Winners, in particular for the enjoyment of a Prize by a minor, which shall remain entirely and solely the responsibility of the person holding parental authority.

The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, postpone, amend or cancel the Prize Draw or the date of Winner selection if circumstances so require, including in cases of force majeure, without any entitlement to compensation for Participants and without the Organiser’s liability being engaged as a result. However, any modification will be formalised in an addendum that will be made available online at the following URL: https://event.zoulloo.com/fowid-2-reglement-terms.

The Organiser accepts no liability in the event of any malfunction preventing access to and/or the proper conduct of the Prize Draw, in particular due to acts of external malicious intent.

The use of robots or any other similar process enabling participation in the Prize Draw mechanically or otherwise is strictly prohibited, and any breach of this rule will result in the permanent disqualification of the perpetrator and/or user. The Organiser may cancel all or part of the Prize Draw if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, including, but not limited to, computer fraud relating to participation in the Prize Draw or the selection of Winners. In such a case, the Organiser reserves the right not to award the Prizes to the fraudsters and/or to take legal action before the competent courts against the perpetrators of such fraud.

The Organiser shall not be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive, for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind.

Article 15: Disputes and Contestation of the Prize Draw

Any dispute or claim by a Participant, for any reason whatsoever, must be submitted to the Organiser within a maximum of ten (10) days after the closing of the Prize Draw, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, sent to the following address: zoulloo, Prize Draw ‘Future of Work in Insight and Data Study, Edition #2’  30 rue Montrosier, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
This letter must specify the exact date of participation in the Prize Draw, the Participant’s full contact details (first name, surname, full postal address), and the precise reason for the contestation.

No other method of dispute or claim will be considered.

The Organiser will not respond to any request or claim related to the application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 16: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The execution of the Prize Draw and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Organiser and the Participant shall make every effort to reach an amicable resolution.
Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
